GAME CHANGERS
Club Varsity is changing the game by giving teens the opportunity to play the sports they love all while being mentored to. Game Changers and the Warriors (The boys' basketball team) together will teach the teens what they need to learn to be strong willed, successful, respectable adults.
One on One
One on One talks will get to the core of the youths problems or issues, teens open up more without an audience being that reputations may be at risk or the general fact that some business is personal business and isn't for everyone to know. Teens sharing more on a one on one basis will further more help the mentor find a solution(s) to the problem the teen is dealing with.
Games
Our Sports teams will have home games and away games but our away games are like field trips. We do so much more than play a game. We plan to go on field trips to educational destinations showing teens in person things they will only know of or see on TV. We want to give them a chance to get way from the norm of their home and everyday routine. We will not only show inner city teens that it's a big world out here, we will show that in a world so big their problem really is small.
Tutoring

We believe being educated increases the chance of being successfull in the business world as well as life. Tutoring being offered to teens involved in our Game Changers program, those being mentored by our Soul Survivor program, and those just needing a tutor. We don't want to overlook anyone needing help.
Group Discussions
Group talks will help student athletes learn and grow as a team. It will also help teens with communicating with others, listening first then responding, being respectful to others as well as to authority. Group discussions also help open minds by hearing the opinions and points of view of others, plus encouraging each teen to form an opinion and speak it clearly creating great debaters at the same time.
